Region 9 has ten counties:

Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Fayette, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Marion, and Montgomery counties.

Region 10 has fifteen counties:

Clay, Crawford, Edwards, Effingham, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jasper, Lawrence, Pope, Richland, Saline, Wabash, Wayne, and White counties.

Region 11 has fourteen counties:

Alexander, Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Massac, Monroe, Perry, Pulaski, Randolph, St. Clair, Union, Washington, and Williamson counties.
