Call to Order – The Region 9 quarterly HSTP meeting was called to order at 11:07 a.m. by Peggy Dunn via conference call. Agency Representatives were announced upon joining the call.

Approval of September 2020 Meeting Minutes – Motion by Jill Ohnesorge, second by Beth Hake. Minutes approved.

Transportation Concerns – The group shared how COVID is affecting riders/ridership at their agencies and if new policies & \ or procedures have been established.  Several agency representatives reported decreased ridership and some even reported having to reduce service hours during this pandemic.

General Discussion

Handouts\Resource materials – U.S. Department of Transportation Updated FTA Frequently Asked Questions Related to COVID-19 and the FTA COVID-19 Listening Session on Changing Rider Needs.

2021 quarterly meeting dates were set – March 11, June 10, September 9, and December 9. All meetings will continue via conference calls until further notice.

March meeting will be the selection of new officers, Chairperson, Vice-Chair, and Secretary.
