The next meeting for the Region 9 IDOT Human Service Transportation Planning Committee will be a conference call on Thursday December. 9^th at 11:00am.  

 

We will be discussing the updates to our Regional Plan & surveys.  Please email the agency contact list forms that were provided at the last meeting to Terri.

An email will be sent to you prior to the meeting with paperwork and forms that we will be reviewing.

 

We will continue our discussion about issues that your agency may be facing with riders, protocols, requirements, etc.  This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions of other agencies and help each other out.  

 

There will be opportunity for open discussion on anything else that members of the Committee would like to address. 

 

The agenda is on the reverse side.  If you would like to see something added to the agenda, please let me know as soon as possible.
