Region 11: 2025 Draft of Regional Plan

The Draft of the HSTP Region 10 Plan is currently available for public review and comments. Comments can be made by calling the SCIRPDC office at (618) 548-4234 or via email to Riley Anderson at randerson@scirpdc.com or via email to Terri Finn at tfinn@scirpdc.com. The deadline for comments is May 1st. Please see the link below for access to the Regional Plan.
