I.
Call to Order:
The quarterly HSTP meeting was called to order by Mark Auten at 11:02 a.m. The
meeting took place via Zoom.
II.
Introductions:
All attendees introduced themselves and their agencies.
III.
Approval of October 2024 Meeting
Minutes: Chairperson Mark Auten asked everyone to review the
minutes from the October meeting. No additions or corrections. Motion to
approve by Meredith Cornwell, seconded by Nathan Nichols. The minutes were
approved.
IV.
Regional Plan 2022:
Riley presented the Gaps and Needs with updates from the previous meeting. There
were no new updates from the committee.
V.
Regional Plan 2025:
Riley discussed the draft of gaps and needs. Terri and Riley will send out the
gaps and needs via email for discussion. The plan is open for comment until
April 1st. There was a discussion about same day service. CIPT
offers same day service when drivers/vehicles are available. There is no
guarantee for same-day in-town trips, in-town fixed routes are available. The
committee also discussed concerns with MCO’s and the importance of advocating
with DHS and HFS about poor MCO transportation.

Transportation Concerns:
There was no transportation concerns noted.
VII.
General Discussion:
a. IDOT
updates: There were no new IDOT updates.
b. Handouts/Resource
Materials: Riley read through the handouts.
c. Election

Adjourn:
Cory Young motioned to adjourn at 11:53 a.m. Nathan Nichols seconded the
motion. The next meeting is April 15th in Robinson.
