IDOT HSTP Region 9 Meeting

Thursday, December 11, 2025

11:00 a.m.

ZOOM Meeting 

The next Region 9 IDOT Human Service Transportation Planning Committee meeting will be at 11:00 a.m. via ZOOM.

An email will be sent out with a link to the Zoom meeting. In case you do not receive the email, you can call in at: +1 309 205 3325 with the meeting ID: 844 5664 4974 and the passcode: 2576350 or if you do not receive the email information reach out to Terri or Riley. We will forward the information to you.

As always, we will be continuing our discussion on all updates you have that affect the Region 9 HSTP Regional Plan. Please come ready to share all that your agency is doing to meet the gaps and needs noted in the plan.

The agenda is on the reverse side. If you would like to see something added to the agenda, please let one of us know your idea(s) as soon as possible.

If you received this notice and are not the primary contact for transportation services in your organization, please forward this to the appropriate person or contact me with any changes. As per CVP contracts, all 5310 recipients are required to attend HSTP meetings.
