Meeting brought to order at 11:00 am at Jarvis Township Sr. Center, Troy.
Gaps/Needs subcommittee is developing a survey to gather information about coordination efforts and/or need for expanded hours\days.
The subcommittee is also gathering information about what kind of ITS software 5311 providers are using so as to help providers link services from coverage area to coverage. CTS is widely used but there are others being used also.
JARC project applications were presented by Macoupin Co. Heath Dept.\Transit & Madison Co. Transit\ACT. New Freedom project applications were presented by Macoupin Co. Health Dept.\Transit, South Central Transit & the Rural Medical Transportation Network. Voting members completed an endorsement form to vote on each application; responses will be tallied and results shared with the membership and applicants.
A hand-out explaining the Veterans Transportation & Community Living Initiative grant for Section 5309 agencies was disseminated and discussed.
Terri & Jamie have been providing training on Mobility Management as requested. They provided a hand-out explaining the training and offered the training to any agencies that may be interested.
CVP applications are due to the HSTP Coordinators by April 6, 2012. Terri & Jamie requested a paper copy and electronic format if available. A CVP application approval meeting will be held via teleconference on Monday, April 23, 2012, at 9:00 am. Only voting members and applicants will be required to participate in this meeting.
Next Full Committee meeting scheduled for – 6/13/12 @ 11:00 am at FASTT in Maryville.
