The next meeting for the Region 11 IDOT Human Service Transportation Planning Committee will be a conference call, on Wednesday February 15th, at 11:00am.  Please use one of the phone numbers above to call in. 

We will continue our discussion on meeting needs & narrowing the transportation gaps as addressed in the Regional Plan.    

We will also discuss some increased coordination efforts happening in the region so this would be a great opportunity to bring up any problems or issues that your agency may be facing with riders, service, etc. and to ask questions of other agencies to attempt to help each other out.   

The agenda is on the reverse side.  If you would like to see something added to the agenda, please let me know as soon as possible.  If you received this notice and are not the primary contact for transportation services in your organization, please forward this to the appropriate person or contact me with any changes.  As per CVP contracts, all 5310 recipients are required to attend HSTP meetings.
