Quarterly Meeting Minutes

January 21, 2020

The quarterly HSTP Region 10 meeting was held on Tuesday, January 21^st, via conference call.  The meeting was called to order at 11:11am by Committee Co-Chair Melissa Schilling and a roll call was done.   

 

The minutes from the October 2019 meeting were reviewed.  Betty Cox made the motion to approve the minutes, Mark Auten seconded the motion.  Motion carried. 

 

At this point in the meeting the call line kept kicking members off the line and conversation was limited.

 

Regional Plan

The members remaining on the line decided that they did not want to form a subcommittee to work on compiling the information for the 2020\2021 Regional Plan. 

 

New Business

Terri Finn informed everyone that there is still no movement on the CVP applications since Zoe is still on maternity leave.

 

Next Meeting:

2020 meeting dates: April 21-CTF to host in Olney

                                 July 21-TBA

                                 Oct. 20-TBA

                                 Jan. 19, 2021-Conference call            

 

Adjourn:

Heather Baker made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 11:28am.  Betty Cox seconded the motion.  Meeting adjourned.
