The next meeting for the Region 11 IDOT Human Service Transportation Planning Committee will be a conference call, on Wednesday February 16th, at 11:00am. 

 

We will be reviewing some information that has been provided on the surveys. If you have not filled out a survey or turned in client or rider surveys please do so asap.  All the data needs to be tabulated so we can move forward in finishing the gaps & needs portion of the Regional Plan.

    

We will continue our discussion about issues that your agency may be facing with riders, protocols, requirements, etc.  This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions of other agencies and help each other out.   

 

There will be opportunity for open discussion on anything members of the Committee would like to address. 

 

The agenda is on the reverse side.  If you would like to see something added to the agenda, please let me know as soon as possible.
