The quarterly HSTP meeting was called to order at 11:09 a.m. by Mark Bollmann, at Union County Counseling in Anna.  Representatives from each agency present introduced themselves.

The minutes from the May 2019 meeting were reviewed with no additions or corrections.  Motion made by Jesica Schlimme, 2^nd by Sara Hodge to accept and approve the minutes.  Motion approved.

Guest Speaker: Danuta Del Rio-Union Co. Counseling:

Danuta gave history of the Counseling Center and gave an overview of the services provided; adult case management, therapy, outreach, residential programs and crisis programs. The Center has been in operation since 1972, serving 900 unduplicated clients with 350-400 current, active clients.

Regional Plan:

Terri Finn went thru the current Region 11 HSTP Plan and asked everyone for input on the gaps and needs listed in the Plan as a revised\updated Plan will need  to be done by 2021 so the committee should begin to get a feel for where and what still needs to be done to close some gaps\needs as we move forward.  Each gap was gone over and some discussion took place on the coordination and communication that agencies have done over the past 2 years.  Next meeting—Terri asked that everyone bring notes and suggestions for discussion.      

 

 

 

General Discussion:

·         Agency Information/Updates-none

·         New Business/Open Discussion:

o   Discussed MCO status, seems to be getting better between transit providers but still issues with insurance coverage’s.  Anyone with MCO issues was asked to email Terri Finn and it will be discussed in meeting with other HSTP Coordinators.

o   IDOT has no updates for CVP  per email from Zoe Keller.

o   IDOT Grants management program contract has been executed. IDOT has also hired 2 new staff for Chicago office.

o   Attendees took a public transportation qui
