IDOT HSTP Region 10 Meeting

The next meeting for the Region 10 IDOT Human Service Transportation Planning Committee will be via conference call on Tuesday October 20th, 11:00am. Since we have been having so many connection problems, there are now 3 lines we can use to call in so we don’t plug one line.  The same access code is used for any of the 3 lines you may call in to.

Please send an email to me, tfinn@scirpdc.com, to let me know if you will be on the call and I will forward the paperwork to you that we will be going over.  

 

This will be a very short call to go over a couple of items.

 

We will continue our discussion about any service or policy\procedure issues that your agency has developed since COVID 19 has changed our normal way of serving riders.  You are all a great support and resource for each other as you continue to do your best work.  

 

There will be opportunity for open discussion on anything members of the Committee would like to address.  The agenda is on the reverse side.  If you would like to see something added to the agenda, please let me know as soon as possible.
