The Region 9 quarterly HSTP meeting was called to order at 11:07 a.m., by Vice-Chairperson Lacey Miller via conference call.  Everyone in attendance introduced themselves.

 

Approval of June 2020 Meeting Minutes – motion by David Riegel, second by Sherry Hicks.  Minutes approved.

 

Regional Plan: Terri Finn explained that IDOT has asked the Coordinators to put the Plan’s on hold for now until a training is provided, with all Coordinators, on a more uniform Plan that is in line with what FTA (Federal Transit Administration) is requiring.

 

General Discussion:

·         Agency Information\Updates –

o   Group discussion on service changes during COVID. 

·         New Business\Open Discussion – No new business

 

·         Resource Materials

o   The 2019-2020 Annual Certification forms were provided and are due to IDOT by 10\30\20.  Please cc: the HSTP Coordinator for your service area when forwarding to IDOT (Zoe Keller).

·         Next meeting-December 10th, via conference call.
