The next meeting for the Region 9 IDOT Human Service Transportation Planning Committee will be a conference call, due to group meeting restrictions, on Thursday June 11^th at 11:00am.  Please send an email to me, tfinn@scirpdc.com, to let me know if you will be on the call and I will forward the paperwork we will be going over, to you.  

 

We will be continuing our discussion on the new HSTP Regional Plan.  We will also go over a rider survey that will allow further input to our Plan. 

 

We will have discussion about any service or policy\procedure issues that your agency has developed since the COVID 19 virus has hit our state so dramatically.   

 

There will be opportunity for open discussion on anything else that members of the Committee would like to address.  The agenda is on the reverse side.  If you would like to see something added to the agenda, please let me know as soon as possible.
